Xavier Business School (XBS), St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, successfully conducted a 10-Day Management Development Programme (MDP) titled "Campus to Corporate" from March 28 to April 9, 2025, for newly joined executives of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE).
The programme was inaugurated on March 28, in the presence of dignitaries from both institutions. Over the next ten days, 23 young executives were engaged in sessions designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and corporate expectations. The MDP covered diverse themes including leadership, communication, financial literacy, digital transformation, project management, interpersonal effectiveness, and strategic decision-making, delivered by senior faculty members and industry experts. Activity-based modules, team-building tasks, and reflective workshops ensured an engaging and holistic learning experience.
The programme concluded with a Valedictory Ceremony graced by Shri P.R. Hari, Chairman & Managing Director, GRSE Ltd.), where participants received certificates and showcased their talents through a cultural presentation.
