Dr. Rupa Biswas reviewed a manuscript titled "Women Empowerment: Issues-Challenges and Development Methods" for an edited volume “Sanskriti” - A Bilingual and Multidisciplinary on Women and Her Paths on 24th June, 2022.
Dr. Rupa Biswas and Dr. Sucheta Paul jointly presented a paper on “Girl Child Marriages During the Pandemic: Evidence From Selected Districts of West Bengal” in WSWD2022: 5th international conference on "Co-Building a New Eco-Social World: Leave No One Behind-Achieving Community Resilience & SDGs” organized by CSWPD Foundation in association with the Sociology & Social Work department of the People's University of Bangladesh held on May 25-27, 2022.

Dr. Rupa Biswas delivered a lecture on Present Scenario of Women’s Rights and activism in Indian Society Vs Gender Equality on 2nd February, 2022 in Express News Channel, Durgapur.

Dr. Sucheta Paul reviewed a manuscript titled -Finding the Blue Drums: A Micro Study on Urban Household Water in Delhi for Journal of Kolkata Society for Asian Studies (UGC Care).
Dr. Srenwantee Bhattacharjee was awarded First position for paper presentation titled Transgender Employment Policy: Role of Human Resources in Building an Inclusive Workplace at the International Conference on Women in Multifaceted Research (ICWMR-2024) organized by Gopal Narayan Singh University, Rohtas, Bihar from 10th-12th March 2024.
