Faculty Profile

Grew up in the hills of Gangtok, Sikkim, and completed his schooling at Tashi Namgyal Academy, then went on to pursue his Engineering Degree in Mining from VRCE (Presently Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology). After his Engineering degree, he worked in CMRI Dhanbad for around 3 years as Research Intern and JRF to assist Scientists in their research work and field trials in Mining. He went on to complete his Post Graduation (MBA) and Ph.D. (Management Studies) from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur in 2009 and 2018 respectively. Before joining Xavier Business School, St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, he was associated with Amity University Kolkata for more than 4 years. He is NET (Management) and GATE Qualified.
