I completed my B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in 2019 from S.K. Acharya Institute of Law under Kalyani University. Thereafter, I pursued my LL.M. in International Law from Chandigarh University in 2022, which further strengthened my academic interest in contemporary legal issues and global legal frameworks. At present, I am pursuing my Ph.D. from Amity University Gurgaon, with my research focusing on gender diversity in corporate governance. My doctoral research aims to critically examine the role and representation of gender diversity within corporate structures and its impact on governance practices.
My primary areas of research interest include International Law, Corporate Law, Gender Justice, and Human Rights. Over the years, I have written several research articles on diverse legal topics, particularly centered around these fields of interest. Through my academic writing, I aspire to contribute meaningfully to legal scholarship and policy discourse.
I also possess three years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor, which has enabled me to engage deeply with students and academic research. Since 2025, I have been serving as an Assistant Professor at St. Xavier’s University Kolkata, where I continue to pursue my passion for teaching, research, and academic excellence.
In the future, I aim to further explore the evolving dimensions of gender diversity in the corporate world and advocate for inclusive governance policies. My research seeks to contribute toward creating equitable workplace environments by examining legal reforms, leadership representation, and diversity-driven corporate practices that promote equal opportunities, sustainable growth, and social justice within modern business organizations.
