With over a decade of rich industry exposure across television networks, sports broadcasting, and independent cinema, he seamlessly bridges the gap between media theory and creative industry practice. Since 2019, he has been a core faculty member at St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, shaping the next generation of mass communication and audio professionals. He also serves as an expert guest faculty member at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT).
