Dr. Rajdip Bhadra Chaudhuri joined as Assistant Professor in July, 2022. He has worked as Assistant Professor in School of Law, KIIT Deemeed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha from February, 2016. He has completed LL.M. in Corporate Law and Governance from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2013 and Ph.D from WBNUJS, Kolkata. His Ph.D thesis is titled “Corporate Social Responsibility: A Dichotomy Between Morality and Legality”. Apart from degree courses he has completed certificate courses in Intellectual Property Law from WIPO Academy, Geneva and Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and in Cyber Law from ILI, New Delhi. He has qualified UGC NET in April, 2014. After graduating from Dept. of Law, University of Calcutta in 2009 he was selected by the Supreme Court of India to work as Law-Clerk-cum-Research Assistant under Hon’ble Mr. Justice K. S. P. Radhakrishnan, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India from 2009 to 2011. He has also worked as Research Assistant to Prof. (Dr.) P. Ishwara Bhat, Vice Chancellor, WBNUJS, Kolkata from 2013 to 2014 and as Research Assistant under West Bengal Judicial Academy Project titled Application of Technology in Judicial Adjudication” in WBNUJS, Kolkata from 2014 to 2016. Rajdip has participated and presented papers in various International and National conferences, seminars and workshops including Faculty Development Programs. In March, 2017 he was invited to present a paper on ‘Migrant Workers and Social Security in India: A Critical Study’ in the 4th Oxford Symposium on Population, Migration and the Environment held at St. Hugh’s College, University of Oxford, United Kingdom. . He teaches subjects such as Company Law, Corporate Governance, Capital Market Regulations, Mergers and Acquisition, Banking and Insurance Law, Principles of Taxation Law, Family Law and International Organizations.
