Dr. Kumar completed his PhD in Humanities and Social Sciences from IIT Roorkee and his M.A. in Applied Clinical Psychology from TISS, Mumbai. He has more than four years of full-time teaching experience and has worked in diverse educational institutes such as IMS Unison University, Dehradun, and Amity University, Kolkata. He has also worked as a counselling psychologist at an NGO dedicated to working with survivors of human trafficking, and as a school counsellor. Dr. Kumar's doctoral thesis and subsequent research have aimed at exploring the dynamics of interpersonal relationships. He has published several articles in Scopus, Web of Science, and peer-reviewed journals.
