Dr. Sadaf Moosa with 8 years of academic experience, is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Xavier Law School, St Xavier’s University, Kolkata. She has completed her PhD in Law from Bankura University, West Bengal, on " The Impact of Genetically Modified Crops (GMC’s) on Agriculture, Ecological Order and Food Sovereignty: A Socio-Legal Analysis with reference to Existing Indian Laws". She has completed B.A.LL. B (Hons.) and Post Graduate Diploma in Women Studies from Aligarh Muslim University, Uttar Pradesh, and LL.M. (Corporate Laws) from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She has contributed chapters in edited books by national and international publishers and research articles in peer-reviewed journals. She has presented papers at international and national conferences, including seminars organised by UGC and ICSSR. In addition to research, she is also actively involved in Legal services and represented as a social activist and member of the bench of Lok Adalat organised by the State Legal Services Authority, West Bengal.he is passionate about using her legal expertise to make a positive impact on the world. She believes in guiding the leaders of tomorrow in a legitimate direction that can achieve a more secure world for everyone.
