Dr. Sanjukta Ghosh completed her graduation and post-graduation in Law from the Department of Law, The University of Burdwan. She qualified the UGC NET-JRF examination in 2015 and obtained her Ph.D. from The University of Burdwan in 2020, with her doctoral research focusing on the legal landscape of medical tourism. Presently, she is associated with St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, Xavier Law School, as an Assistant Professor (Law). Deeply committed to both imparting and acquiring knowledge, she believes that teaching and research complement one another in the pursuit of academic growth. Alongside her teaching engagements, she has actively pursued research and has worked on a collaborative research project with The West Bgengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Bankura University and St. Xavier's University, Kolkata.
