Dr. Subhajit Chakraborty is an academician, researcher, and legal professional specializing in Corporate Governance, Corporate Finance, Company Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Securities Regulations, and Mergers & Acquisitions. With extensive experience in teaching, research, publication, and academic administration, he has contributed significantly to contemporary legal scholarship and pedagogy.
He holds a Ph.D. in Law and an LL.M. in Business Law, and has taught a wide range of subjects, including Corporate Governance, Securities Laws, Corporate Finance, Procedural Laws, Research Methodology, and Advanced Corporate Law.
