Tanmayananda Chattaraj has been working at the Faculty of Commerce & Management, St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, as an Assistant Professor in Accounting & Finance since 2nd January 2018. After completing a brief stint at the corporate level of a multinational conglomerate in the Internal Audit Division, he switched to academia out of his passion for teaching and research and his proclivity to humbly contribute to building a knowledge economy.
As an academic, he has taught diverse courses in Finance and Accounting at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His research areas include Business Sustainability, Corporate Finance, and Behavioural Finance.
