St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata (SXUK) through its Centre for Incubation, Consultancy & Entrepreneurship (CICE) in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized the fourth ideation workshop for the “Incubation Programme” on April 24, 2026 at the university campus.

The programme aimed to nurture innovative business ideas among students and help them develop viable entrepreneurial proposals through structured mentoring and guidance. 

The resource person, Dr. Deborshi De, shared valuable perspectives on transforming innovative ideas into structured business models. Participants received practical insights into improving the feasibility of their ideas and preparing them for future incubation support.

The interactive session encouraged active participation, idea exchange, and collaborative learning among the students. The programme was convened by Prof. Soma Sur and Dr. Sayani Saha.
